The Bridges at 57th Street’s new offering for 2024 includes Grand Nails and Spa, the soon-to-be oasis of pampering and self-care. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on their opening date, promising a haven for impeccable nail artistry and relaxation. Meanwhile, Heather Ridge welcomes Cythion, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of technical apparatus for biological research with their move in November of 2023.
Anderson Smith Speech Therapy expands its office space at Eagle Creek in Brandon. This expansion, adding 1,836 square feet, speaks volumes about their dedication to fostering communication and nurturing growth within our community. The increased space signifies an amplified commitment to their invaluable services, promising enhanced support for those in need of speech therapy.
Wilson Legal Planning moved in at Meadowview Office on January 1st. They provide legal services including estate planning, guardianship and conservatorship, elder law, special needs trust, and probate and trust administration. Rebecca Wilson founded Wilson Legal Planning after practicing in the field of estate planning and elder law for 18 years.
Lake Lorraine has seen tremendous growth over the last few months with multiple businesses opening their doors just in time for 2024. The newest lineup of restaurants includes Dairy Queen, Chick N Max, and Starbucks. We also saw The Blu open it’s doors for residents offering a luxury living experience. Retail saw a big-box retailer come to the landscape with the addition of the highly anticipated Five Below. Retail offerings will see another new addition soon, with AutoZone coming in the near future.
Lake Lorraine is also about the community and has had some additions for its public use. The Lake Walk path was finished late fall which is a mile-long scenic walking path encompassing Lake Lorraine. Additional seating and swings were also installed around the lake for leisurely recreation so you can relax and enjoy the property’s wildlife and scenery.
