We are excited to announce plans to build a new office building at 49th Street and Minnesota Avenue.  Our vision is for this to be a signature, three story building with 46,000 square feet.  The location is a marquee spot as it is a gateway to Sioux Falls downtown area. 


Every possible spot in our current space is being utilized for office space and we have overflowed some of our construction staff to the building next door.  With the new office plan, it will allow us to have our team all under one roof again.    Our team will occupy between 8,000-10,000 square feet of the third floor.


The rest of the premier office space will be leased and right now, we have a couple tenants already interested in the other floors.  Forward-thinking architecture will embody the structure including thoughtful daylighting design.  Other features include for great parking ratios for various potential types of professional services, underground parking and is likely to include some shared services for tenants.
