We are seeking a part time administrative assistant to support our residential division for approximately 20-30 hours per week.


Essential Job Functions/Scope: 
Real Estate:  Provide support on residential sales and other special projects in ways that enhance the experience for homeowner and home builder customers and assist in keeping the inventory in a best of class appearance.

Office Activities:  Create and maintain an office that provides and promotes an environment of success for all those working in it.

Marketing:  Coordinate VBC marketing projects of the neighborhoods to uphold branding by working closely with President of VBC, Inc., Land Development Manager, and Marketing Coordinator.

Back-Up Reception:  Acts as back-up receptionist at times when full time person is away from the desk, such as during lunch, vacation, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Proficiency required in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher.

• Proficiency required in Adobe Acrobat

• Knowledgeable about general office equipment

• Must be familiar with various types of software and/or programs to edit websites, post to social media.

• Must be resourceful and able to utilize unconventional methods when presented with issues requiring resolution.

• Must be able to communicate with differing personalities to produce desired results.
