Phase 2 retail in The Shoppes at Lake Lorraine is well underway and the developers, Friessen Development & Van Buskirk Companies, have new images to release.  These images show views of the walkable consumer-centric retail area that will be located to the south of the junior box retail buildings currently under construction.  These national retailers include Hobby Lobby, DSW, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Home Goods, and Carters / OshKosh.  More national retailers, along with local merchants, restaurateurs, and personal  and professional service providers will fill this next phase of retail development.

The new views are being showcased this week by Van Buskirk Companies’ brokers at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) largest convention called RECon.  The yearly convention is the world’s largest retail real estate convention held in Las Vegas, where they expect over 37,000 people to attend.  RECon is the premier retail conference where commercial real estate professionals gather to meet with national and global retailers from around the world.   It began on Sunday, May 21st and concludes Wednesday, May 24th.
