This position will provide administrative support and assist the Property Management Division in overseeing and maintaining Van Buskirk Companies’ commercial real estate portfolio.   


Essential job functions include: 

  • communication and collaboration
  • reports preparation
  • software data entry/coding/ CAM reconciliations
  • maintenance of filing system, and general clerical work.  


High school diploma or equivalent required, experience in commercial real estate preferred. 

Ideal candidates must possess an above average knowledge of self and ability to communicate with poise and diplomacy, be a self-starter with the ability to set and complete goals and tasks, and have superior skills in customer service and computer knowledge with the ability to multi-task and change assignments or priorities on short notice.
